We are looking to recruit addition account managers / consultants
to join our team.
Cityworx is a hugely successful search and select
consultancy dedicated to the care sector.
We work with a large number of care providers whom we have
forged relationships with over a number of years.
Due to increased growth we are looking to recruit additional
consultants to join our busy office based in central Harrow and take over a
“hot deskâ€.
Previous recruitment experience would be essential however not
always necessary its more about the attitude YOU bring, if you are confident
enough to pick up the phone and talk to potential candidates and then follow a
well laid out process you WILL make the placement and ultimately earn more
money.
 Our entry level commission
structure starts at 15% and goes up in a tier system so you can easily earn an
additional £12K on top of your basic!
This is a demanding role that requires an individual who is
enthusiastic, persuasive, organised and target focused with excellent
communication and networking skills.
