JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
â€¢ To assist the Branch Manager in managing the ongoing recruitment process of new staff.
â€¢ Maintenance of Job advertisements and networking.
â€¢ Pre screening and inviting prospective care workers in for an Interview as well as carrying out interview and recruitment paperwork.
â€¢ Awareness of what documents are accepted for both Eligibility to Work in the UK checks as well as DBS submission. Copying all documents for file purposes.
â€¢ Reference Verification.
â€¢ Booking Successful candidates on to Induction Training and setting up files accordingly. Completing New Starter paperwork for each successful candidate.
â€¢ Monitoring Compliance for care workers.
â€¢ Participation in hosting recruitment open days and job fairs.Â
â€¢ Driver with own vehicle
â€¢ Experience of CQC compliance
â€¢ Recruitment experience of care/ support workers
â€¢ Domiciliary Care experience (desired)Â
